Thank you so much for booking with us! If your booking is confirmed and the balance is paid, we will contact you one week before your event with an invoice for the remaining balance. Should we need to adjust your scheduled time, we will inform you immediately.

 

For large events: Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is settled, please let us know if you require promotional materials, a W-9, or Liability Insurance documents sent to you, or if our staff needs to complete any vendor information. We appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with an unforgettable Wicked Pixel Mobile Gaming experience!

 

Wicked Pixel Mobile Gaming Policies:

 

**Cancellation and Refund Policy:**

A full event payment is essential to secure your reservation. A $150 cancellation fee applies to any events canceled after the paid reservation has been received if outside of the 10-day window. If a cancellation occurs within 10 days of your event, no refund will be issued. We will, however, strive to postpone your event without penalty to another date if cancellation becomes necessary.

 

**Privacy Policy:**

Wicked Pixel Mobile Gaming values your privacy. The information we gather is used to simplify your bookings and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

 

**Game Warden:**

The Game Warden is dedicated to ensuring your group enjoys our high-tech offerings. He is there to tutor, inspire, and entertain. While tipping for excellent service is appreciated, it is not required.

 

**Inclement Weather:**

Our mobile gaming trailer is built to withstand various weather conditions, as it is insulated and climate-controlled. However, severe weather (like lightning, high winds, heavy rains, snow, or ice) may necessitate rescheduling your service to ensure safety for you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If there’s a forecast for severe weather leading up to your event, please reach out to discuss rescheduling options.

 

**Child Supervision:**

A parent or responsible adult must be present inside or immediately outside the trailer at all times. Guests aged 16 and over must have a parent or guardian on the property, available for contact by the Game Warden if necessary.

 

**Alcohol and Drugs:**

You may serve alcohol at your event, but we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or end any booking if alcohol is being abused. The use of illegal drugs or legal drugs used illegally is not tolerated around our equipment, and any observed infractions will lead to immediate termination of the party.

 

**Damage or Injury:**

Wicked Pixel Mobile Gaming and its employees are not liable for any property damage arising from client requests regarding the positioning of the theater. This includes potential damage above and below ground. We reserve the right to charge the client for any damages caused by carelessness or willful misconduct by the client's guests. All liability for damages or injuries rests solely with the client or event host.

 

**Food and Drinks:**

No food or drinks are allowed inside the mobile theater. Please have guests consume these items outside before entering.

 

**Photos:**

During your party, the Game Warden will take photos based on your consent. These images can be viewed on our Facebook Page for your convenience. If you prefer that no photos be taken or shared, please inform us prior to your event.

 

**Truck and Gaming Trailer:**

When the truck arrives, we will strive to park in a level and flat area suitable for your party. This may sometimes mean parking on the street, so it may be wise to notify your neighbors. If you have a preferred parking spot, please let us know. Please note that our truck and trailer require at least 55 feet of space to park safely.

 

**Video Game Software Ratings:**

We can feature any game of your preference in the trailer, based on your requests made before the event. We follow the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) ratings, including Early Childhood (eC), Everyone (E), Everyone 10+ (E10+), Teen (T), Mature 17+ (M), and Adults Only 18+ (AO). Please contact us with specific game requests and provide as many details as possible in the booking notes.
